Your frequent questions

You have the possibility to pay your deposit by bank transfer or by credit card.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer or by credit card, you will profit of a delay of 8 days from your request on, to send us your deposit. After this period your option will be cancelled automaticly.

A reservation is only definitive after receipt of the deposit.

For a rental accomodation, lthe balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival at the utmost. It can be paid by bank transfer, or by credit card.

For pitches, you have to pay for your stay at the day of your arrival by credit card, or by cash money.

The events covered by the cancellation insurance are : (see following list): Death, illness, serious body injury, hospitalisation of yourself or a close family member, loosing a job, or obtaining one, burglary or major property damage to your principal residence. The amount of 3% of the stay is payable in full, at the time of booking only; this amount has to be added to the deposit fee. It is possible to download the general conditions of the cancellation insurance on our website.

Without subscription, and if you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the date of the start of your stay, the deposit paid will not be refunded. If you have to cancel less than 30 days before the start of your stay, without insurance, the complete balance will be claimed as well.

On the day of your arrival, please park in the car park in front of the entrance to the campsite, and present yourself at the reception with your booking confirmation and an identycard or passport.
Arrivals for the pitches are from 1pm and until 7pm.
Arrivals for the rental accomodations are from 4pm to 7pm.

In case of late arrival, please contact the reception at 0033466822499 to inform us, we will tell you how to handle.

In case of arrival before 1pm for a pitch, after you have presented yourself at the reception, and completed the formalities, you will be able to go to your pitch if it is already free, only as the reception has allowed you to.
In case of arrival before 4pm for the rental accomodations, please go over to the reception to finish the arrival formalities, and as soon as your rental is ready you will be admitted to install. The rentalaccomodations will be ready to receive you at 4 pm at the utmost.

The Mini club is open every day (except Saturday) in July & August from 10am to 12pm for children from 5 to 12 years old. This service is free of charge. The children must be selfsufficiënts (able to go to the toilets, or to go back to their pitch…), it is not a nursery. Some evenings there are activities at the swimming pool. Every Sunday morning the new week programm will be announced.

The youngest children must be accompanied by an adult or a big brother or sister.

Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden on the pitches, only gas- or electric barbecues are allowed (max. 2000W).

Collective areas are at your disposal on the campsite for charoal barbecues, with picknick tables.

We ask everyone to be very careful when using them and to put them off before leaving. this area.

Whether it is a camping pitch or a rental accomodation, you have the right on one vehicle on your pitch, only. If you have a second vehicle, it has to be parked on a closed and free car park next to the campsite. For the comfort of all clients, we don’t want our campsite to become a car park! Thank you for your comprehension!

At the camping pitches, you are allowed to install one caravan, one motorhome or one large tent, and in addition to it, one or 2 small tents for the children. A maximum of 6 people per pitch must be respected.
It is preferable to inform us about the dimensions of your equipment at the time of booking, so that we could give you a suitable place straight away. Once arrived at the site it is impossible to change pitches in our planning during July and August.

It is strictly forbidden to have a caravan and a camper or truck on the same pitch!

It is not possible to put up an extra tent next to a mobilhome or a rental tent (Bengalo).

The access to the pool is reserved to the customers of the campsite from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. only. Any person from outside the campsite will not be able to get acces to the pool. For hygienical reasons, shorts and swimming trunks are forbidden, only official swimmingsuits (slips) are allowed. The pool is supervised by a licenced lifeguard in July and August.

Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly forbidden. You must present an updated passport of the dog, and the dog must be kept on a lead everywhere. Dogs are not allowed in the Toilet blocks, and at the pool, and they are not to be left locked up in the rentalaccomodations, caravans or cars, while absent for the day.

Access to the campsite’s beach is allowed for dogs at certain times in July and August.

Each pitch is equiped with electricity of 10 amps. Don’t forget to bring a European plug and an extension cable. If you don’t have one, against a deposit, we can lend you one (depending on availability) at the reception.
